Order Processing

Our clothing is produced and fulfilled through our manufacturing partners.

Production generally takes approximately 1–6 business days before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order quantity and demand.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to supported destinations.

Delivery times depend on the destination, selected shipping method and courier.

Estimated delivery times will be provided where available. All delivery estimates are calculated separately from production time unless stated otherwise.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We will communicate significant known delays and comply with applicable consumer laws.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, products ordered and available shipping methods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the courier's system.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes or destination-specific shipping restrictions.

Any applicable charges not included in the checkout price will be the customer's responsibility where clearly disclosed and permitted by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Additional shipping fees caused by incorrect customer-supplied information may apply where permitted by law.

We will investigate the issue with our courier or fulfilment provider and provide an appropriate resolution.
