Refund policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

At BNDNA Club, we want you to be satisfied with your order. This policy explains when you may return an item, who pays return shipping, how refunds work, and what to do if there is a problem with your order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

14-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Free from stains, marks, odours, damage or signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

We may refuse a change-of-mind return if the item does not meet these conditions.

The 14-day period applies only to our voluntary change-of-mind return policy. It does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, defective, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.

Before Returning an Item

Do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

The return address may vary depending on the item, manufacturer, fulfilment provider and reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior approval, or sent to an address that we have not provided to you, may not be accepted.

Please do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, including returns because:

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the item
  • You prefer a different colour or style

you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the return address we provide.

We currently do not charge a restocking fee.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your postage receipt and tracking information until your return has been completed.

If an item is faulty, defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, return costs will be handled in accordance with your rights under the law.

Wrong Size or Change of Preference

Please check the size guide on the product page before placing your order.

If you order the wrong size or would prefer a different size, colour or style, you may request a return within the 14-day return period.

Return shipping costs for size or preference changes are your responsibility.

Replacement items or exchanges are subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may instead provide a refund for the eligible returned item.

Faulty, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Is incorrectly printed
  • Is the wrong product
  • Is the wrong size or colour compared with what you ordered
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Has another issue that may mean it does not meet a consumer guarantee

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue where reasonably possible

We may need to review the issue with our manufacturer, production partner or fulfilment provider before confirming the appropriate solution and return instructions.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a problem, your rights depend on matters such as the seriousness of the problem and whether the product meets the consumer guarantees.

A store's return window does not remove a customer's rights regarding faulty products.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, or otherwise confirm that a refund is appropriate, we will review the return.

Where an item is being returned under our change-of-mind policy, we may inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements listed above.

If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card provider or payment service to process the refund after we issue it.

We are not responsible for processing times imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Original Shipping Charges

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, any original shipping charge paid when placing the order is generally not refundable.

This does not apply where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us within the 14-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Arrange an exchange
  • Ask you to return the original item before a replacement is sent
  • Refund the eligible returned item so you can place a new order

Return shipping for ordinary size or preference exchanges is the customer's responsibility.

Sale and Discounted Products

Unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase, sale and discounted products may be returned under our normal 14-day change-of-mind return conditions.

Buying an item on sale does not remove rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, unless the particular fault was specifically disclosed to the customer before purchase.

Final Sale Items

We do not currently generally classify our standard products as final sale.

If we introduce a product that is sold as Final Sale, this will be clearly stated before purchase.

A final-sale designation only affects voluntary change-of-mind returns. It does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Items We May Refuse for Change-of-Mind Returns

We may refuse a change-of-mind return where an item has been:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Used
  • Stained
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Altered
  • Returned without applicable tags
  • Returned in a condition that means it cannot reasonably be resold

These conditions do not apply where doing so would unlawfully limit a customer's rights regarding a faulty or non-compliant product.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may begin processing or production shortly after they are placed.

If you make a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it, contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to change or cancel an order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible after an order has entered processing or production.

This cancellation policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for checking that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are correct.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Returned or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned because it was:

  • Unclaimed
  • Refused
  • Sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer

please contact us.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the parcel needs to be shipped again, where permitted by law.

Lost Packages

If you believe your order has been lost during delivery, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We may need to investigate the shipment with the courier or fulfilment provider before providing a resolution.

Proof of Purchase

We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase when processing a return, refund, replacement or other request.

This may include:

  • Your order number
  • Order confirmation email
  • Receipt
  • Other reasonable evidence showing that the product was purchased from BNDNA Club

Return Tracking

If you are responsible for sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using tracked postage.

Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been received and completed.

We cannot guarantee that an untracked return parcel will be able to be located if it is lost in transit.

Fraud or Misuse of Returns

We may investigate return or refund requests where we reasonably suspect:

  • Fraud
  • False claims
  • Deliberate damage
  • Return-policy abuse
  • Other misuse of our returns process

We may refuse a voluntary change-of-mind return where appropriate and permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any rights a customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.
